World's Most Famous Skyscrapers on Display at the Perot's New LEGO Exhibition

We can do so many astonishing things with LEGOs. As kids, we used to play with Legos and try to expand our imagination. We create small vehicles, homes, highways, and loved moving the tiny men and women around. Some people have done bigger and awe-inspiring things with Legos.

Ryan McNaught along with his respected Lego-certified team in Sydney reportedly used 500,000 LEGO blocks of various sizes, shapes, and tones to construct a few transcending representations of 20 world's tallest and most popular skyscrapers. His creations are on display at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas. The exhibition is named Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO Bricks: 20 of the World's Tallest Skyscrapers.

Building’s Model

To create this building model, the team had to spend numerous hours recreating and finishing the aesthetic details of this skyscraper. They had to pay attention to detail and get the engineered structure as accurately as possible. Anyone can purchase Lego pieces and make such structures – but it is a lot of handwork for sure.

Exhibition's Aim

The exhibition aims to inspire children to expand their interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) subjects. It also offers visitors an opportunity to create their own LEGO structures. Some outstanding ones even get to show on display during the exhibition, which will run until 24 April 2022.

Best Compliment towards the building

McNaught says that the most effective compliment he has gotten is that, 'Is this made from LEGO?' McNaught says during a video greeting visitors at the exhibition.

Moreover, there are other buildings in the collection. These include the International Commerce Tower in Hong Kong, the Chrysler, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and New York’s Empire State buildings,

Tall Lego Models

The LEGO models are tall, with each having a unique design. Visitors can inspect them up close and compare each model. This allows visitors to find out more about the engineering and architectural achievements of every model.

Designs and Formation

Given the very fact that most of the Lego pieces are either rectangular or cubes, McNaught and the team amazingly managed to create the round and curved structures in these awesome models. The observation deck of the CN Tower in Toronto for instance. These people have done an amazing job with every detail so perfectly!

Share your opinions about this amazing LEGO exhibition with me. I would love to hear your thoughts. If you have been to it – then too, it would be amazing to get first-hand experience news to add to my post, so get in touch.
