Famous Van Gogh Paintings Exhibit

The Dallas Museum of Art is a great place to go if you want to see some real Van Gogh artwork. Olive Groves and Van Gogh's first exhibition is dedicated to Van Gogh's olive grove sequence that was made later in life.

However, unlike two competing; Van Gogh interactive experiences that took place in Dallas and Arlington, the DMA exhibition incorporates original Van Gogh paintings. Only animated Van Gogh paintings projections were on walls. These paintings are available in the unique experiences.

Van Gogh and the Olive Groves depicts the artist's journey with this subject, with 15 works depicting olive trees at various times of season every year. Paige Weaver Myers, director of the Dallas Museum of Art (DMA), commented, "I recognized I had stumbled upon something uncommon."

A new exhibition in New York features paintings of olive trees by Vincent van Gogh. In June 1889, as an identity patient at the institution of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Van Gogh experimented with painting olive trees for the first time. Olive groves were such a unique subject for the artist since they are evergreen and do not change with the seasons.

Van Gogh's evolving technique to representing olive orchards is the subject of a new exhibition at the Dallas Museum of Art. They were an unusual topic at the time because they did not think to be a standard scenic subject. The arrangement of paintings is in chronological order, with the first phase depicting olive trees in Provence during the summer. The exhibition's following chamber is dedicated to Émile Bernard and Paul Gauguin, who painted their modern interpretations of the topic.

For the very first time, Vincent van Gogh's "Olive grove series" was on display at the Van Gogh Museum in New York. Curators and conservators had a lot of queries about this collection. They were not sure if the paintings were painted inside or outside, or if the original palette had changed over time.

To get an idea of what Van Gogh's original color schemes could have looked like, conservators developed hypothetical reconstructions of his painting palettes. The study sheds light on the creative process as well as the depth of investigation that goes into the conservation procedure.

The original pieces would be enough to make a spectacular show on their own. The show will go to Amsterdam after it runs in Texas, where it will be on display until May 2015.
